Rangareddy (Telangana) [India], July 20 (ANI): Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Saturday inaugurated a new flyover at Gopanpally Tanda in Telangana’s Serilingampally, stated a press release from Telangana CMO.
“The government will take responsibility for the rapid development of Serilingampally. We established a new system called HYDRA to address civic issues and disaster management in Hyderabad city,” said the Chief Minister while addressing the inaugural event.
We have envisaged plans to develop Musi River as a beautiful tourist destination on the lines of Thames River in London. The government took a decision for the Musi Riverfront Development Project, and the works at the cost of Rs 1.50 lakh crore for the specific project will start soon,” said the Chief Minister.
Further highlighting his commitment to promoting the city of Hyderabad as a cosmopolitan city, he said, “The present condition of Musi is emanating a foul smell. Prepared plans for Musi development, aiming to attract tourists from around the world in the next five years.”
“The Musi Riverfront Development Project will be taken up in such a way that we will be remembered as the people’s government forever,” he added.
He urged people to contribute to the development of Hyderabad and said, “Appeal to all to join as partners in the development of Hyderabad. We are requesting cooperation from all to make Hyderabad a cosmopolitan city in the next ten years.”
Earlier on Friday, the Telangana government adopted a new policy and moved forward to strengthen the education system in all government schools, according to an official press release.
