“Chandrababu’s day isn’t complete without mentioning YS Jagan”: Former Minister Sake Sailajanath – World News Network

Amaravathi (Andhra Pradesh) [India], August 16 (ANI): Former Minister and Singanamala YSRCP Coordinator Sake Sailajanath sharply criticised Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for obsessively targeting Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy while failing to deliver on promises.
According to a release, speaking at the YSRCP district office, he criticised Naidu for spreading lies during the Independence Day event, neglecting governance for personal attacks.
“Chandrababu’s day isn’t complete without mentioning YS Jagan, yet he offers no real progress,” Sailajanath stated.
After 15 months in power, Naidu’s government has amassed Rs. 2 lakh crore in debt, damaging Andhra Pradesh’s image with unfulfilled Super Six schemes. Sailajanath called Naidu’s claim of implementing these promises “shameful,” challenging him to tour Singanamala to prove otherwise.
He stated that TDP rigged the Pulivendula ZPTC polls using official power, undermining democracy. Key failures include the diluted free bus travel scheme, zero funding for Aadabidda Nidhi (needing Rs. 32,000 crore), no unemployment allowances for 20 lakh youth, and inadequate budgets for free gas cylinders (Rs. 4,000 crore required). Sand prices have doubled, benefiting TDP leaders, while over 5 lakh pensions were cut. Farmers face betrayal with scrapped crop insurance and Rs. 10,000 crore withheld under Annadata Sukhibhava.
Naidu is gifting state lands to corporates at Re. 1 per acre and inflating Amaravati costs for commissions, wasting borrowed funds.
He praised YS Jagan’s welfare legacy, including the establishment of medical colleges, which are now being privatised. “Naidu’s lies and rigging signal his political end,” he warned, urging people to demand accountability.
Meanwhile, Former Minister and YSRCP Guntur District President Ambati Rambabu criticised Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for his alleged “super cheating” tactics, accusing him of misleading the public with unfulfilled “Super Six” promises, the YSRCP State Office said in a release on Friday.
Speaking at the YSRCP central office in Tadepalli, Rambabu stated that Naidu continued his habitual lies even during his Independence Day speech in Vijayawada, boasting about himself while falsely blaming the previous YSRCP government.
He challenged Naidu to explain how the Super Six schemes, touted as a hit, have failed to deliver, deceiving all sections of society.
Rambabu highlighted several ‘unkept promises’, including the Thalli Ki Vandanam scheme, where Rs 15,000 promised to mothers of students remains unimplemented, with only partial payments made under pressure. The free gas cylinder scheme, requiring Rs. 4,000 crore for 1.59 crore connections, was allocated only Rs. 895 crores initially. The Annadata Sukhibhava scheme promised Rs 26,000 annually to farmers but delivered just Rs 7,000 over two years, and the unemployment allowance of Rs 3,000 monthly has not been disbursed to anyone. Even the free bus travel scheme for women was launched with restrictive conditions, limiting its scope. (ANI)
